RM50 Prefix AB

The RM50 notes with the prefix of AA to AE are printed with the 50th anniversary logo at the reverse of the note. Despite the issuance of prefix AA notes in 2007, the rest i.e. AB to AE notes were not issued back then. They are recently released by BNM after overcoming the technical difficulties.

Total of 50 million pieces of notes bear with 50th Anniversary Logo issued (i.e. AA to AE)

Hi. salam 1 malaysia. I was wondering what's the worth of RM50 notes with serial no like 301010103. is it called radar notes?

Malaysian banknotes carry only prefix with serial number of0000001-10000000. Your serial number seems very unique? Yes, radar note is the note that has the serial number in numerical "palindrome". That means the serial number is read the same from left-to-right as from right-to-left.
